The First Days of Fall

Every year, we visit Afton Apple orchard with the girls. We make it a special day and look forward to it every fall. When the air gets crisp, we know it's time to go.

Orchard

We packed up the girls and went to the orchard today. The sun was shining, but the air was crisp. It was a perfect orchard day. We picked a peck of apples, which will soon be made into a pie (my first attempt!), caramelled apples, and some just for snacking. Sophia enjoyed herself, and Jazlyn was happy and warm snuggled against Mama.
